Robinson entworfen wurde. Es liegt in den H\u00fcgeln im Herzen des Anwesens mit Blick \u00fcber das Mittelmeer und den Felsen von Gibraltar. Was es gesellschaftlich auf die Karte brachte, ist The Beach, ein landeinw\u00e4rts gelegener Lagunenclub mit wei\u00dfem Sand und einem S\u00fc\u00dfwasserpool, der im Sommer zu einem der belebtesten Treffpunkte der Gegend wird.<\/p>\n<p>La Reserva w\u00e4chst noch. Der Club und Platz er\u00f6ffneten 2003, aber neue Projekte kommen weiterhin. Village Verde etablierte es als Wohnadresse, dann hoben The Seven und The Fifteen die Messlatte, und Villa NIWA, ein ARK-Architects-Auftrag, der f\u00fcr einen Rekordpreis von 22 Millionen Euro verkauft wurde, zeigte, wie das obere Ende hier aussieht. Die tatsaechliche Kueste, Playa Sotogrande und Torreguadiaro, ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt.<\/p>\n<h3>Sind die Haeuser bezugsfertig?<\/h3>\n<p>Viele sind fertiggestellt und bezugsfertig, aber La Reserva wird weiterhin aktiv entwickelt, sodass Neubauprojekte auch vom Plan oder im Bau erhaeltlich sind.<\/p>\n<h3>Wie weit ist der naechste Flughafen entfernt?<\/h3>\n<p>Gibraltar ist etwa 30 Minuten entfernt; Malaga ca. 1 Std. 15 Min. ueber die AP-7.<\/p>\n<h3>Ist ein Auto unverzichtbar?<\/h3>\n<p>Ja. Die Anlage erstreckt sich ueber die Huegel.
