Es besteht eigentlich aus zwei verbundenen Teilen: dem urspr\u00fcnglichen Puerto Deportivo, er\u00f6ffnet 1989, mit seinen pastellfarbenen Apartmentgeb\u00e4uden und andalusischen Pl\u00e4tzen, und der sp\u00e4teren Marina, westlich davon um ein Netz von k\u00fcnstlichen Kan\u00e4len angelegt, wo viele H\u00e4user ihren eigenen Liegeplatz vor der Haust\u00fcr haben.<\/p>\n<p>Das ist der Teil von Sotogrande, in dem man ohne Auto leben kann: Restaurants, Geschaefte, Eis auf der Promenade und der Strand sind alle nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Fahren Sie bis ans Ende der Hafenmole fuer einen der besten Ausblicke der Gegend, die Marina hinter Ihnen, Gibraltar und Marokko vor Ihnen. Die Immobilien reichen von Studios bis hin zu geraemigen Penthouses mit privatem Dachpool.<\/p>\n<h2>Wer lebt in La Marina \/ Puerto?<\/h2>\n<p>Die Marina zieht ein internationales, wasserbegeistertes Publikum an: Segel- und Bootsliebhaber, Berufstaetige und wohlhabende Ruhestaendler, die Restaurants und das Wasser nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt haben moechten, ohne einen Garten pflegen zu muessen. Britische, deutsche, skandinavische und franzoesische Bewohner sind gut vertreten.<\/p>\n<p>Da es rund um Apartments statt Villen gebaut ist, ist der Puerto auch Sotograndens erste Adresse f\u00fcr Lock-up-and-leave- und Ferienvermietungsimmobilien. Ein gro\u00dfer Teil der Wohnungen ist Zweitwohnsitz oder Kurzzeitmiete, sodass der Hafen einen eher saisonalen Rhythmus hat als das dauerhafte, familienorientierte Alto \u2014 im Sommer lebendig und belebt, im Winter ruhiger.<\/p>\n<p>Eine wichtige Unterscheidung: Yachteigentuemer sind sehr wohl Teil des Marina-Lebens, aber Liegeplatz und Wohnung sind zwei verschiedene Dinge. Viele, die hier ein Boot liegen haben, wohnen tatsaechlich in einer Villa anderswo in Sotogrande oder kommen nur fuer die Saison. Die Marina-Wohnungs selbst eignen sich eher fuer Paare, Downsizer und Familien mit aelteren Kindern als fuer grosse Haushalte.<\/p>\n<h2>Wo liegt La Marina \/ Puerto?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Airport:<\/strong> Gibraltar (GIB) ca. 25-30 min. Malaga (AGP) ca. 1 h 15-20 min via AP-7<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nearest beach:<\/strong> Playa de Torreguadiaro adjoins the marina to the east; a short walk or wenige Minuten by car<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nearest Supermarket:<\/strong> Mercadona and Supercor approx. 5 min. Lidl in Pueblo Nuevo approx. 10 min<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schools:<\/strong> Sotogrande International School approx. 5 min by car.
