Die Sierra Bermeja liegt dahinter, das Mittelmeer davor, und an einem klaren Tag kann man von den oberen Terrassen Gibraltar und die Rifberge sehen. Es begann als Golfplatz und nicht viel mehr. Die gro\u00dfe Ver\u00e4nderung in den letzten Jahren ist das Conrad Costa del Sol, Hiltons erstes Conrad-Hotel in Spanien, gebaut an der Stelle des alten, verlassenen Dona Julia Hotels. Das brachte ein F\u00fcnf-Sterne-Spa, Pools und gehobene Gastronomie in das Viertel. F\u00fcr den Preis eines bescheidenen Apartments in Marbella kann man hier etwas mit Fairway-Ausblick und einem F\u00fcnf-Sterne-Hotel um die Ecke bekommen.<\/p>\n<h2>Wer lebt in Dona Julia?<\/h2>\n<p>Halbrentierte Paare, j\u00fcngere Familien, die f\u00fcr den Lebensstil umgezogen sind, und Ferienhaus-Eigent\u00fcmer. Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte internationale Gruppe sind Briten, dann Niederl\u00e4nder und Skandinavier, mit spanischen Familien und einer wachsenden Zahl von Menschen, die remote arbeiten. Niemand kommt hier wegen des Nachtlebens.
