Der 9-Loch-Platz f\u00fchrt durch Weinberge, Avocadohaine, Zitrusb\u00e4ume und Buschland und schafft einen gr\u00fcnen Puffer zwischen diesem Viertel und dem belebteren Strandbereich darunter.<\/p>\n<p>Das Gef\u00fchl ist eingespielt und gem\u00e4chlich. Stadth\u00e4user und Wohnungen aus der Mitte der 2000er Jahre stehen neben neueren Bauten, viele mit Blick \u00fcber die Fairways auf das Meer. Ruhiger und privater als die Strandstreifen, aber der Strand ist noch immer nur wenige Minuten bergab mit dem Auto erreichbar.
