Es \u00f6ffnete 2006 und hat sich leise zu einer der privatesten Wohnadressen im s\u00fcdlichen Spanien entwickelt. Die Menschen, die hier kaufen, sprechen in der Regel nicht dar\u00fcber \u2013 das ist ein Teil des Prinzips.<\/p>\n<p>Das Hotel verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber 67 Suiten und ein Spa mit Spaniens einziger Schneeh\u00f6hle. Der Beach Club erstreckt sich \u00fcber 6.000 m\u00b2 am Sandstrand der Bah\u00eda de Casares. Der Golfplatz ist ein 18-Loch-Par-72-Design von Cabell Robinson, fast 7.500 Yards, eines der l\u00e4ngsten Layouts in Europa. Er war Austragungsort der Volvo World Match Play Championship 2009, 2011 und 2012 sowie des Solheim Cups 2023, des ersten \u00fcberhaupt in Spanien. Jenes Turnier endete mit einem historischen Unentschieden, wobei Europa den Cup durch Carlota Cigandas Putt auf dem 18. Loch behielt. Die Jack Nicklaus Academy ist vor Ort.<\/p>\n<p>Der Wohnbereich ist bewusst niederdicht gestaltet: s\u00fcdlich ausgerichtete Villen, zeitgen\u00f6ssische Fairway-Villen und Markenwohnungen, alle innerhalb gepflegter Anlagen mit 24-Stunden-Concierge. Es ist kein belebtes Resort.
