Buchst\u00e4blich. Sie liegt am s\u00fcdlichen Rand von Manilva, genau dort, wo die Provinz M\u00e1laga auf C\u00e1diz trifft und das Gut Sotogrande beginnt, benannt nach dem felsigen Vorgebirge Punta Chullera. W\u00e4hrend ein Gro\u00dfteil der K\u00fcste zwischen Marbella und Sotogrande in den letzten drei Jahrzehnten bebaut wurde, blieb dieser Abschnitt irgendwie ruhig: Niedrigdichte-Urbanisierungen inmitten von Naturbuschland mit direktem Zugang zu einigen der saubersten und weniger \u00fcberf\u00fcllten Str\u00e4nde der K\u00fcste.<\/p>\n<p>Playa de la Chullera und Playa Punta Chullera sind keine typischen Str\u00e4nde der Costa del Sol. Felsig, buchtartig, grober goldener Sand, niedrige Klippen, Felsbecken und Wasser, das klar genug ist, um den Grund zu sehen. Schnorchler, Taucher und Angler kennen sie gut. An einem klaren Tag ist der Fels von Gibraltar direkt am Horizont sichtbar, und dahinter Afrika. Das Vorgebirge hat noch die Ruinen eines nasridischen Wachturms. Puerto de Sotogrande ist ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, die Marina La Duquesa etwa zehn. F\u00fcr den Preis eines bescheidenen Apartments in Marbella kann man hier strandnahes Wohnen bekommen, mit Sotograndes Golf, Polo und Marina vor der Haust\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<h2>Wer lebt in Chullera?<\/h2>\n<p>Spanische Familien aus Manilva, britische und irische Rentner, skandinavische und deutsche Zweitwohnungsbesitzer sowie eine wachsende Zahl von Remote-Arbeitern aus Nordeuropa. Einige pendeln nach Gibraltar, etwa 30 Minuten entfernt. Ruhiger und wohnlicher als La Duquesa. Die Menschen hier haben sich f\u00fcr Privatheit und Natur statt Nachtleben entschieden.<\/p>\n<h2>Wo liegt Chullera?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Airport:<\/strong> Gibraltar (GIB) ca. 30 min. Eher felsig und buchtenartig als breiter Sandstrand, was einen Teil des Reizes f\u00fcr Schnorchler und Taucher ausmacht. Safe, uncrowded beaches, Sotogrande International School about 15 Minuten entfernt, playgrounds in Sabinillas.
