C'est la plus grande partie du resort par superficie, organis\u00e9e en zones d\u00e9sign\u00e9es par des lettres alphab\u00e9tiques qui gravissent la colline, des Zones C et D en bas jusqu'aux Zones E et F, atteignant la Zone G en hauteur pr\u00e8s de l'h\u00f4tel SO\/ Sotogrande. Valderrama, h\u00f4te de la Ryder Cup 1997 et plus r\u00e9cemment du LIV Golf, tr\u00f4ne en son c\u0153ur. For\u00eat de ch\u00eanes-li\u00e8ges, collines vallonn\u00e9es et, depuis les rues les plus hautes, vues qui s'\u00e9tendent sur la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e jusqu'\u00e0 Gibraltar et, par temps clair, sur les montagnes du Maroc.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9putation est celle de grandes villas sur de grands terrains, mais c'est plus vari\u00e9 que cela. Villas individuelles, maisons mitoyennes et quelques appartements c\u00f4toient les domaines embl\u00e9matiques. L'architecture va des maisons de style cortijo andalou classiques aux villas contemporaines en verre et piscine. Les meilleures vues sur la mer se trouvent dans les zones F et G sup\u00e9rieures et l'enclave Altos de Valderrama.
