Pas de port, pas d'amarrages, pas de places de mouillage. Le port le plus proche est La Duquesa, a quelques minutes vers l'ouest a Manilva. Marina de Casares est le nom d'un lotissement baln\u00e9aire etabli sur la cote de Casares, entre Estepona et Sotogrande sur l'A-7, et une fois passe le nom trompeur, c'est l'une des adresses en front de mer au meilleur rapport qualite-prix de ce troncon de cote.<\/p>\n<p>Ce que l'on trouve ici, c'est une communaute etablie de faible hauteur, composee de maisons mitoyennes et d'appartements, vieille d'une vingtaine d'annees, implantee directement derriere une large bande de sable fin avec des eaux Pavillon Bleu et une belle succession de chiringuitos. Les jardins sont matures, il y a plusieurs piscines communes, une sup\u00e9rette et un bar sur place, et les charges de copropriete sont reputes raisonnables. La plupart des logements sont de genereux maisons mitoyennes de trois ou quatre chambres plutot que des tours neuves. Sabinillas est a distance de marche, le port de La Duquesa a quelques minutes en voiture, Estepona a env. 15 minutes, et Finca Cortesin, Dona Julia et Casares Costa Golf sont tous a proximite.<\/p>\n<h2>Qui habite a Marina de Casares ?<\/h2>\n<p>Proprietaires britanniques, scandinaves, neerlandais et allemands, familles, quelques teletravailleurs. Le profil est un peu plus jeune et decontracte que dans les quartiers voisins. Une bonne partie des logements sont des residences secondaires ou des locations de vacances, ce qui rend les etes animes et les hivers calmes, mais un noyau de residents a l'annee entretient un veritable esprit de quartier, loin de l'atmosphere d'un village vacances.<\/p>\n<h2>Ou se trouve Marina de Casares?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Airport:<\/strong> Gibraltar (GIB) env. 30 min.
