Ouvert en 2006, le domaine est devenu discretement l'une des adresses residentielles les plus privees du sud de l'Espagne. Ceux qui achetent ici n'en font generalement pas etalage, et c'est precisement l'idee.<\/p>\n<p>L'h\u00f4tel compte 67 suites et un spa avec la seule grotte de neige d'Espagne. Le Beach Club couvre 6 000 m\u00b2 sur le sable de Bah\u00eda de Casares. Le parcours de golf est un design Cabell Robinson 18 trous, par 72, de pr\u00e8s de 7 500 yards, l'un des layouts les plus longs d'Europe. Il a accueilli le Volvo World Match Play Championship en 2009, 2011 et 2012, et la Solheim Cup 2023, la premi\u00e8re jamais organis\u00e9e en Espagne. Ce tournoi s'est conclu par un ex \u00e6quo historique, l'Europe conservant la coupe sur le putt de Carlota Ciganda au 18e trou. L'Acad\u00e9mie Jack Nicklaus op\u00e8re sur site.<\/p>\n<p>Le volet residentiel est volontairement a faible densite : villas orientees plein sud, villas contemporaines en bordure de fairway et appartements en residence de marque, le tout au sein de jardins soignes avec conciergerie 24 h\/24. Ce n'est pas une station animee. C'est un domaine qui se trouve avoir un hotel.<\/p>\n<h2>Qui habite a Finca Cortesin ?<\/h2>\n<p>Des familles espagnoles, britanniques, allemandes, scandinaves, suisses et du Moyen-Orient, la plupart utilisant le domaine comme deuxieme ou troisieme residence. Beaucoup sont arrives par le bouche-a-oreille.
