Au sens propre. Le quartier se trouve a l'extremite sud de Manilva, la ou la province de Malaga rencontre celle de Cadiz et ou commence le domaine de Sotogrande, et tire son nom du cap rocheux de Punta Chullera. Alors que la majeure partie du littoral entre Marbella et Sotogrande s'est densifiee au cours des trois dernieres decennies, ce troncon est reste etonnamment preserve : des lotissements a faible densite au milieu du maquis naturel, avec un acces direct a certaines des plages les plus propres et les moins frequentees de la cote.<\/p>\n<p>Playa de la Chullera et Playa Punta Chullera ne ressemblent pas aux plages typiques de la Costa del Sol. Rocheuses, en criques, sable dor\u00e9 grossier, petites falaises, mares rocheuses et eau assez claire pour voir le fond. Les plongeurs en apn\u00e9e, plongeurs et p\u00eacheurs les connaissent bien. Par temps clair, le Rocher de Gibraltar se profile \u00e0 l'horizon, et l'Afrique derri\u00e8re. Le cap abrite encore les ruines d'une tour de guet nasride. Puerto de Sotogrande est \u00e0 quelques minutes en voiture, la marina de La Duquesa \u00e0 une dizaine. Pour le prix d'un modeste appartement \u00e0 Marbella, vous pouvez vivre ici \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la mer avec le golf, le polo et la marina de Sotogrande \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main.<\/p>\n<h2>Qui habite a Chullera ?<\/h2>\n<p>Des familles espagnoles de Manilva, des retraites britanniques et irlandais, des proprietaires de residences secondaires scandinaves et allemands, et un nombre croissant de teletravailleurs d'Europe du Nord. Certains font la navette vers Gibraltar, a env. 30 minutes. Plus calme et plus residentiel que La Duquesa. Sur le littoral entre Puerto de la Duquesa et la frontiere de la province de Cadiz, a env. 5 km de Sotogrande.<\/p>\n<h3>Playa de la Chullera est-elle une bonne plage ?<\/h3>\n<p>L'une des plus preservees de la Costa del Sol. Eaux limpides, formations rocheuses, petites criques, bien moins de monde qu'a Marbella ou Estepona. Rocheuse et en criques plutot que grande plage de sable, ce qui fait justement son charme pour la plongee avec tuba et la plongee sous-marine. Maitres-nageurs en ete.<\/p>\n<h3>A quelle distance se trouve Chullera de Sotogrande ?<\/h3>\n<p>Env. 5 km. Quelques minutes en voiture de Puerto de Sotogrande, ce qui en fait une option pour vivre pres de Sotogrande a des prix plus accessibles.<\/p>\n<h3>Ai-je besoin d'une voiture ?<\/h3>\n<p>Oui. Pas de commerces, pas de centre commercial. Sabinillas est a env. 5 minutes, La Duquesa a env. 8.<\/p>\n<h3>Est-ce adapt\u00e9 aux familles ?<\/h3>\n<p>Pour les familles qui aiment la vie en plein air, oui. Des plages securisees et peu frequentees, Sotogrande International School a env. 15 minutes, des aires de jeux a Sabinillas. Mais la voiture est indispensable.<\/p>\n<h3>Puis-je faire la navette vers Gibraltar ?<\/h3>\n<p>Env. 30 minutes en voiture.
