C'est un plan directeur complet : un club de lac priv\u00e9, un nouveau parcours de golf, un h\u00f4tel cinq \u00e9toiles et sept projets r\u00e9sidentiels construits dans la montagne par phases, selon un calendrier que le promoteur a volontairement contr\u00f4l\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00f3nde se ubica realmente<\/h2>\n<p>Real de La Quinta est \u00e0 Benahav\u00eds, juste au-dessus de la vall\u00e9e golfique de Nueva Andaluc\u00eda. Depuis la porte, c'est environ 15 minutes jusqu'\u00e0 Puerto Ban\u00fas, 20 \u00e0 Marbella, et 10 \u00e0 San Pedro de Alc\u00e1ntara pour les courses quotidiennes, et la descente \u00e9vite le trafic qui gaspille du temps ailleurs sur la route c\u00f4ti\u00e8re. Le club est d\u00e9j\u00e0 ouvert, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d'un club de bien-\u00eatre con\u00e7u par l'architecte Paula Saco et exploit\u00e9 par Le Max Wellness Club.<\/p>\n<p>Les installations de bien-\u00eatre comprennent une salle de sport enti\u00e8rement \u00e9quip\u00e9e avec entra\u00eeneurs personnels, une piscine int\u00e9rieure chauff\u00e9e de 25 m\u00e8tres, un circuit d'hydroth\u00e9rapie, un jacuzzi \u00e0 40\u00b0C, une piscine de cryoth\u00e9rapie \u00e0 7\u00b0C, un sauna et un hammam.
