Tussen de New Golden Mile van Estepona en het domein Sotogrande is dit een van de laatste stukken aan de westkant van de Costa del Sol waar je nog beachfront kunt kopen voor een prijs die je in Marbella een parkeerplaats oplevert.<\/p>\n<p>Het strand, Playa Bahia de Casares, is breed, Blue Flag en oprecht rustig vergeleken met alles ten oosten van Estepona. Op een heldere ochtend zie je bij zonsopgang het kasteel van Casares op de heuvel. Achter het zand bieden moderne projecten zoals La Perla de la Bahia, Casares del Mar en Azata del Mar vloerverwarming, priv\u00e9terrassen, gemeenschappelijke zwembaden en sportscholen op een niveau waarvoor kopers in Marbella aanzienlijk meer betalen. Finca Cortesin ligt een paar minuten de heuvel op, Dona Julia Golf ca. drie minuten verderop, het vijfsterren Conrad Costa del Sol voegt goed dineren en een spa toe, en de A-7 verbindt je met Estepona (ca. 15 min) en Marbella (ca. 35 min).<\/p>\n<h2>Wie woont in Bahia de Casares?<\/h2>\n<p>Voornamelijk jonge gezinnen en stellen uit Noord-Europa. Britse, Scandinavische, Nederlandse en Duitse kopers. Velen kochten het als vakantiehuis met huurinkomsten in gedachten; er is ook een groeiende jaarrond gemeenschap van thuiswerkers die ontdekten dat ze een flat in Amsterdam of Manchester konden inruilen voor een appartement aan het strand hier. Drukker in de zomer, rustiger in de winter, maar genoeg mensen blijven het hele jaar door zodat het buiten het seizoen niet leeg aanvoelt.<\/p>\n<h2>Waar ligt Bahia de Casares?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Airport:<\/strong> Gibraltar (GIB) ca. 30 min.
