Het opende in 2006 en is in stilte uitgegroeid tot een van de meest exclusieve woonadressen in Zuid-Spanje. De mensen die hier kopen, praten er doorgaans niet over, en dat is precies de bedoeling.<\/p>\n<p>Het hotel heeft 67 suites en een spa met de enige sneeuwgrot van Spanje. De Beach Club beslaat 6.000 m2 aan het strand van Bah\u00eda de Casares. De golfbaan is een 18-holes par-72 ontwerp van Cabell Robinson, bijna 7.500 yards, een van de langste layouts in Europa. Het ontving het Volvo World Match Play Championship in 2009, 2011 en 2012 en de Solheim Cup 2023, de eerste ooit gehouden in Spanje. Dat toernooi eindigde op een historisch gelijkspel, waarbij Europa de cup behield dankzij de putt van Carlota Ciganda op de 18e. Het is een landgoed dat toevallig ook een hotel heeft.<\/p>\n<h2>Wie woont in Finca Cortesin?<\/h2>\n<p>Spaanse, Britse, Duitse, Scandinavische, Zwitserse en Midden-Oosterse gezinnen, die het meestal als tweede of derde woning gebruiken. Velen kwamen via mond-tot-mondreclame.
