Wat is Cascada de Camoj\u00e1n?<\/h2>\n

Cascada de Camoj\u00e1n is a villa estate on the lower slopes of La Concha, directly above Marbella’s Golden Mile and east of Sierra Blanca. It takes its name from the Camoj\u00e1n stream, which runs down through the estate towards the sea. Plots are large, the streets are quiet and steep, and most houses look south over the Golden Mile to the Mediterranean and, on clear days, to Gibraltar and the coast of Morocco.<\/p>\n

De eigenaren hier zijn meestal gezinnen en koppels uit Noord-Europa, de Golf en, in toenemende mate, de Verenigde Staten, die de Golden Mile vijf minuten verderop willen hebben en een huis waar niemand in kan kijken. Velen verblijven hier het grootste deel van het jaar, en de internationale scholen aan de voet van de heuvel zijn een groot onderdeel van waarom. Het is een rustig, minder opvallend adres dan Sierra Blanca ernaast, en bewoners houden het graag zo.<\/p>\n
