ALTEZZA SUITES is a collection of contemporary apartments and penthouses in La Resina, located on an elevated hillside between Estepona and Marbella, with open views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding landscape.

The project is designed to maximise light, privacy and outdoor living. Seven low-rise buildings are spread across the hillside, creating generous spacing between properties while opening up sea views. The payment schedule includes a reservation deposit of 1% plus VAT, followed by 29% plus VAT upon signing the preliminary purchase contract, 10% plus VAT during construction and the remaining 60% plus VAT upon completion and transfer.

Higher elevation projects such as ALTEZZA SUITES appeal to buyers seeking more privacy, open views and a lower building density than many coastal communities can offer. The trade-off is greater car dependency, but for many owners it is precisely that extra sense of space that makes locations like La Resina so attractive.
