SOLEIA LIVING

SOLEIA LIVING is a residential development of 69 three and four-bedroom villas beside El Chaparral Golf Club in Mijas Costa. The project reinterprets traditional Andalusian architecture through a more contemporary design, with south and southwest orientations that maximise natural light and open views towards the sea and golf course.

The development is being built in two phases, with 23 villas in the first phase and 46 in the second. Each home has been designed around generous terraces and private garden areas, creating a direct connection between the interiors and the surrounding landscape.

Inside, open-plan living and dining areas connect with the terraces through large windows. Italian-style kitchens are delivered fully fitted with Bosch appliances or equivalent, while the bedrooms include fitted wardrobes or open dressing areas, depending on the layout. Porcelanosa flooring or equivalent is used throughout the main living areas, with porcelain tiles in the bathrooms, laundry rooms and terraces.

The bathrooms include Porcelanosa sanitaryware or equivalent, Hansgrohe taps or similar, shower screens, electric towel rails and double washbasins in the principal bathroom. Domestic hot water is produced through a Daikin aerothermal heat-pump system or equivalent.

The homes also include ducted air conditioning, double glazing with solar control, thermal and acoustic insulation, security entrance doors and video intercom systems. Selected properties in the second phase include photovoltaic panels, while some villas offer the option of installing a private internal lift.

The communal areas include swimming pools with solariums overlooking the sea and golf course, landscaped gardens, a barbecue and social area and a separate leisure and reading space. Indoor facilities comprise a fully equipped gym, sauna, Turkish bath and coworking area with a lounge, kitchenette and bathroom.

The gated development includes automatic vehicle access, underground parking, pre-installation for electric-vehicle charging points, parcel-reception facilities and external lifts connecting the different levels of the communal areas.

El Chaparral Golf Club and its clubhouse are approximately two minutes away on foot, while the beach can be reached in under fifteen minutes. La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola provide the nearest concentration of shops, restaurants and everyday services. Málaga Airport is approximately 25 minutes away, Marbella around 23 minutes and Puerto Banús approximately 30 minutes by car.

Construction is underway. The first phase is expected to be delivered during the first quarter of 2027, while delivery of the second phase is planned to begin towards the end of 2027.

The combination of sea views, golf and walking distance to the beach is difficult to find in one setting. The immediate surroundings are quieter and more residential than central La Cala de Mijas, although a car will remain useful for shopping, schools and most everyday services.

Betalingsvoorwaarden

The following payment structure applies to Phase 2:

Reservation: €10,000 plus VAT.
Private purchase contract: 30% plus VAT, less the reservation amount already paid.
Six months after signing the private purchase contract: 10% plus VAT.
Completion and title deeds: 60% plus VAT.
