Armani Residences Marbella brings the Armani/Casa design philosophy to the elevated Nagüeles area, above Marbella's Golden Mile. The project brings together 33 grand-format homes in nine buildings set out in three rows, oriented north to south between the Mediterranean and the landscape rising towards La Concha.

The idea of the home as a reflection of the person who lives in it guides this proposal from Giorgio Armani. The contemporary architecture, the selection of materials and the treatment of the interiors respond to a single vision, in which every element forms part of the whole without relying on heavy decoration.

Simple lines and precise proportions define the homes. The interiors combine noble materials, tailored finishes and elegant fabrics, with versatile spaces conceived for everyday use. The Armani/Casa contribution shows in that relationship between surfaces, textures and furniture, rather than in an accumulation of decorative elements.

The nine buildings are arranged among gardens and open spaces. Their layout in three rows organizes the relationship of the residences with the sea, the land and the shared areas, within a community limited to 33 homes.

Facilities include swimming pools and a spa, as well as a reception and an arrival lobby. The landscaped areas connect the buildings with the leisure and wellness spaces, bringing the outdoors into the everyday route through the development.

Nagüeles offers an elevated position above the Golden Mile, close to the coast and Marbella's established neighbourhoods. Marbella centre and Puente Romano are about six minutes away by car, Marbella Club around seven, Puerto Banús around eight and Málaga airport around forty-five.

Sierra Blanca Estates is developing the project together with Rafa Nadal's company. Works were scheduled to start in June 2026, and completion is planned for 2028.
