Design Hills Dolce & Gabbana

Design Hills Dolce & Gabbana is the Italian house's first residential project in Europe: spacious homes on a hill above Marbella's Golden Mile, at an average elevation of 40 metres above sea level. The buildings follow clean, straight lines and step down the slope, their terraces opening towards the Mediterranean.

The residences range from 280 to 900 square metres, with layouts of up to five bedrooms, and are delivered furnished with exclusive Dolce & Gabbana Casa creations. The master bedrooms include a dressing room and a private bathroom facing the sea, and the rooftop terraces have swimming pools. Home automation keeps each home connected to the concierge and hospitality team around the clock.

The developer is Sierra Blanca Estates. The project sits in Las Lomas del Marbella Club, its homes are spread across five buildings, and the building licence was granted in July 2025. It is under construction and completion is scheduled for 2028.
