Emerald View Club Residences

Emerald View Club Residences is a gated residential community of apartments, penthouses and villas in Buenavista, in the hills of Mijas. Set at the foothills of the Sierra de Mijas, the development opens to uninterrupted Mediterranean views, with the coast just minutes away and Málaga around 15 minutes by car.

The first phase offers 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, ground-floor apartments with private gardens, penthouses with large terraces and a limited selection of Garden Villas and Sky Villas. The buildings are oriented to capture the sea views, and glass railings on the terraces keep the horizon in sight from the living areas.

Inside, the homes feature bright, open-plan kitchens with windows and central islands, fitted with Italian-made furniture, porcelain worktops and Siemens appliances including oven, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher. Floors are large-format porcelain, bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and bathrooms include walk-in showers, wall-hung Geberit toilets, integrated washbasins with storage and LED mirrors. Each home has an armoured entrance door with electronic lock.

For year-round comfort, the homes combine an aerothermal system for air conditioning and hot water, water-based underfloor heating, independent climate control in each room and double-glazed windows. A smart home system lets residents control lighting, climate and security from their phone. Solarium terraces are pre-installed for an outdoor kitchen and jacuzzi, and ground-floor gardens can be fitted with a jacuzzi on request.

The community is built around a clubhouse with reception, social lounge, spa with heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath, a gym with panoramic windows, co-working spaces with private meeting pods and a rooftop terrace with summer kitchen. Outdoors there are large swimming pools with a separate children's pool, a padel court, a golf practice area, a basketball court, children's playgrounds, an outdoor cinema, landscaped gardens and hiking trails starting from the community.

Access is controlled, with a 24/7 security checkpoint and video surveillance. Every home includes at least one parking space in the underground car park, prepared for electric vehicle chargers, and a storage room (except ground-floor apartments).

Buenavista is a quiet residential area between Mijas Pueblo and Fuengirola, close to beaches such as Carvajal and Torreblanca and to golf courses including La Cala Golf, Mijas Golf and Cerrado del Águila. Marbella, Málaga and the airport are within easy driving distance. A car is the most convenient option for most daily journeys.

€10,000 reservation → 20% + VAT upon the construction licence being granted (private purchase contract) → 15% + VAT six months later → 15% + VAT six months after that → 50% + VAT upon completion and key delivery
