Payment Terms
The payment structure begins with a 5% reservation deposit, followed by 25% plus VAT upon signing the Private Purchase Contract and obtaining the Building Licence. A further 20% plus VAT is payable through fifteen equal monthly instalments during construction, with the remaining 50% plus VAT due upon completion and handover. All stage payments are secured by insurance or bank guarantee in accordance with Spanish legislation.
