Projecting upper floors and large glazed openings shape the façades. Pergolas define sheltered areas beside the house, while uncovered terraces leave room for dining and spending time around the pool. The pools include filtration and saltwater treatment. Garden areas are delivered with topsoil and connection points for future irrigation and lighting, allowing the planting and final garden design to be planned separately.
The choice of villa also changes the arrangement inside. Some distribute the accommodation across two floors, while the largest adds a basement with multipurpose spaces. The plans distinguish indoor rooms, covered and open terraces, parking and garden areas, making the relationship between each level and its plot an important part of choosing a home.
