The homes, with 4 and 5 bedrooms, have between 488 m² and 527 m² of living space on plots of about 752 m² to 889 m², with a garden, a private salt-chlorination pool and generous terraces in east and southeast orientations.
Clean volumes, large glazed surfaces and double-height spaces organise the living areas, which connect directly with terraces and gardens. A private lift links the floors.
The large basements add a garage, laundry, service areas, additional bathrooms, an office and large multipurpose rooms depending on the home. On the roof, the solariums of about 93 m² to 97 m² include pre-installation for an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and jacuzzi.
The specification covers water underfloor heating on the main floors, zoned hot and cold climate control, aerothermal systems, mechanical ventilation and home automation, with pre-installation for motorised curtains, electric charging and photovoltaic panels.
