Completion is scheduled for 2027.
The payment structure includes a reservation deposit of €7,000, followed by 30% plus VAT upon signing the private purchase contract, with the remaining 70% plus VAT payable upon completion and handover.
Properties in elevated areas of Mijas Costa continue to attract buyers looking for open views, newer construction and a quieter environment than some of the busier parts of the coast.
