Villa Monte Mayor is a villa project for sale in Monte Mayor, the gated country estate in the Benahavis hills, offered turnkey: a modern five-bedroom house of 375 m2 on an elevated 2,100 m2 plot with south-facing views over the Mediterranean and the mountains.

The design runs over two floors plus a generous basement. The main level holds the open living areas and three bedrooms with two bathrooms and a guest toilet, all drawn to catch the light and the view. The basement is the flexible part of the plan: it can take a gym, a spa, a home cinema or two further bedrooms, which brings the house to five en-suite bedrooms in total. Outside, the standout is a 26 m swimming pool, long enough for proper swimming, set against the open landscape.

Monte Mayor is one of the quieter corners of this part of the coast: large plots, landscaped grounds, no through traffic and a real sense of space. Benahavis village, known for its restaurants, is the nearest point for a night out, and beaches, San Pedro and Estepona are all around fifteen minutes by car. Golfers have Marbella Club Golf Resort, Los Flamingos and El Higueral close by, and there are hiking and cycling trails straight into the hills.

Running costs such as IBI and community fees are not yet published for this project and will be confirmed as the build progresses.
