ORIGIN is a private residential development of 57 apartments in Altos de los Monteros, Marbella, with works officially at an advanced stage and delivery scheduled for 2027.

The project is planned as a private enclave where wellbeing and convenience take priority, with homes built to high specifications and communal services woven into the daily life of the community.

The official payment structure is: reservation of 20,000 EUR + 10% VAT; 20% + VAT of the selling price, less the reservation, on signing the private purchase contract 60 days after reservation; 10% + VAT six months after the private contract; 10% + VAT twelve months after the private contract; and the remaining 60% + VAT on completion, at title deed and key handover.
