The official payment structure depends on the phase. Phase 1 (blocks 5-6, turnkey): 10,000 EUR + VAT (11,000 EUR) on reservation and the remaining 100% of the selling price + VAT, less the reservation, at the public title deed, a maximum of 90 days after reservation. Phase 2: 10,000 EUR + VAT on reservation; 30% + VAT of the selling price, less the reservation, on signing the private purchase contract 60 days after reservation; and the remaining 70% + VAT on completion, at title deed.
