BLISS HOMES is a residential development of 134 apartments with 2, 3 and 4-bedroom layouts, distributed across nine low-rise buildings in Casares Costa. Positioned within Casares Costa Golf and next to Finca Cortesín, the project combines contemporary architecture with open surroundings, golf views and a quieter setting than many of the Costa del Sol's busier residential areas.

The architecture has been designed to integrate naturally with the landscape. The buildings rise just two and three storeys and enjoy a west and southwest orientation that maximises natural light throughout the afternoon and opens views towards the surrounding countryside and, from selected homes, the Mediterranean Sea.

Location is one of BLISS HOMES' strongest advantages. Finca Cortesín Golf & Spa can be reached in around four minutes, Doña Julia Golf Club in approximately three minutes and Estepona Golf in around ten minutes. Estepona Marina is approximately 15 minutes away, Gibraltar around 45 minutes and Marbella can be reached comfortably via the AP-7 motorway.

Construction is currently underway, with completion and first occupation licences estimated for the fourth quarter of 2026.
