The homes offer 2 and 3-bedroom layouts, with the relationship between interior and exterior changing according to their position. Ground-floor residences incorporate private gardens, first-floor apartments open onto substantial terraces, and the duplex penthouses extend upwards to private rooftop areas with their own swimming pools. Large windows and open-plan living spaces have been used to take advantage of the surrounding landscape, with views ranging between the Mediterranean, the mountains and the greenery immediately around the development.
Natural stone and wood are prominent within the material palette, complemented by bespoke cabinetry, floor-to-ceiling glazing and kitchens equipped with Miele appliances. The emphasis is less on decorative excess and more on creating generous living spaces that continue naturally onto the terraces.
The first phase comprises 16 residences across two low-rise buildings and has its own communal swimming pool. As the second phase develops, Aloha Forest will add further landscaped communal areas together with a wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, spa and residents' social club. The wider community also benefits from 24-hour security.
Its location within Los Pinos de Aloha places the project in Nueva Andalucía's Golf Valley, with Aloha Golf, Las Brisas and Los Naranjos nearby. Puerto Banús, international schools, restaurants and the coast are also within a short drive. The setting provides greater privacy and greenery than locations closer to the beachfront, although a car remains the practical option for most daily journeys outside the immediate Aloha area.
Construction is being completed in two stages. Phase I, comprising 16 residences, is scheduled for completion and handover in 2026. Phase II, comprising 24 residences, is scheduled for completion and handover in 2029.
