AROSA is a contemporary development of 54 apartments in Torrenueva, Mijas Costa, designed around natural light, open Mediterranean views and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living.

The development offers one, two and three-bedroom homes, including ground-floor apartments with private gardens and penthouses with spacious solariums. The collection comprises 13 one-bedroom, 11 two-bedroom and 30 three-bedroom properties.

The architecture follows the natural slope of the setting, allowing the homes to benefit from a predominantly south-facing orientation and open views towards the Mediterranean. Living rooms, dining areas and kitchens are arranged in an open-plan format, with large sliding glass doors connecting directly to the terraces.

Ground-floor apartments extend into private gardens, while selected penthouses include large rooftop solariums. A limited number of penthouses also feature a private swimming pool. These elements depend on the selected property and should not be presented as standard across the development.

La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola are nearby, while Marbella and Málaga Airport are accessible via the A-7. The official commercial information confirms Torrenueva as the location and places the beach approximately 500 metres away.

Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026, with completion currently scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028. The payment structure consists of a €10,000 reservation, 20% plus VAT upon signing the Private Purchase Contract, a further 20% plus VAT eight months later and the remaining 60% plus VAT upon completion. Other purchase costs are payable separately.

Although the development is close to the coast, its elevated setting means that access and walking conditions will vary. A car is likely to remain useful for everyday journeys, particularly for reaching La Cala de Mijas, larger supermarkets and surrounding golf courses.

From a market perspective, the combination of south-facing orientation, panoramic sea views and facilities designed for year-round use distinguishes AROSA from developments offering only seasonal outdoor amenities. The wide range of one to three-bedroom layouts also allows the project to serve different requirements, from compact second homes to larger permanent residences.
