The collection is split between 13 one-bedroom, 11 two-bedroom and 30 three-bedroom homes. Living rooms, dining rooms and kitchens form an open space with large sliding doors onto the terraces; ground floors add private gardens and some penthouses carry a solarium, with a limited number allowing a private pool.
Kitchens are delivered complete and the main bathrooms are en suite. The specification adds large-format porcelain, vinyl flooring in bedrooms, automatic shutters, thermal-break carpentry, ducted air with aerothermal systems and underfloor heating.
The communal offering works all twelve months: outdoor pools plus an indoor one, a gym, sauna, chill-out areas, gardens with automatic irrigation and access to a nearby tennis club. The basement floor holds parking and storage rooms, with lifts, video entry and security doors.
La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola are close by; Miraflores, Calanova, La Cala and Chaparral put golf all around, and Marbella and the airport are reached via the A-7.
Works are scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2026 and completion is currently estimated for the fourth quarter of 2028. The payment plan consists of a €10,000 reservation, 20% plus VAT on signing the private purchase contract, a further 20% plus VAT eight months later and the remaining 60% plus VAT on delivery. All other purchase costs are paid separately.
An outdoor pool for summer and an indoor one for winter: swimming does not depend on the month.

Torrenueva, Mijas Costa
Mijas stretches from a whitewashed hilltop village at 430 metres above sea level down to a busy coastal strip that runs for twelve kilometres along the Mediterranean. It is two places in one.
