All homes include a parking space and storage room with direct lift access. Designer kitchens are delivered with high and low units, compact quartz worktops and appliances: extractor hood, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. The main bathroom has electric underfloor heating, and every bathroom fits walk-in showers with fixed screens, Hansgrohe thermostatic rain-effect fittings and wall-hung toilets. The penthouses incorporate a four-person spa with aromatherapy and an underwater chromotherapy light.
Hot water is produced by the latest-generation aerothermal system, which cuts energy consumption by at least 75%, and climate control provides cooling and heating with the unit concealed in a false ceiling. Exterior carpentry is aluminium with thermal break and motorised blinds in the bedrooms, and the garage has pre-installation for electric vehicle charging.
Communal areas include two infinity-edge pools with night lighting, extensive gardens, a gym, relaxation room, zen zone, reading area, cardioprotected area, children's playground and a gourmet-coworking room for working from home. The complex is gated, with perimeter fencing, a security gatehouse, CCTV, video intercom and smart parcel lockers. Finca Cortesin is a few minutes away; Estepona and Marbella offer marinas, restaurants and shopping, and the international airports of Malaga and Gibraltar keep the connection with the rest of Europe.
Construction started in December 2024 with completion scheduled for 2026: with the build already underway, there is still a choice between garden ground-floor homes and penthouses with a spa.
