Avenue Marbella

Avenue Marbella is a gated development of 26 contemporary villas in Nueva Andalucía, combining the privacy and space of an individual residence with carefully designed communal wellness facilities.

The development is positioned in Marbella’s Golf Valley, close to Las Brisas Golf, international schools, restaurants and everyday amenities. Puerto Banús, its marina and the beach are approximately two kilometres away, making this a practical setting for both permanent living and extended stays.

The collection is organised into three distinct typologies. Twenty-three villas belong to Types A and B, with interior concepts by GC-Studio and J. A. Flores. Three larger Type C Signature Villas occupy double plots and feature interiors designed by Pedro Peña.

The villas offer five or six bedrooms and built areas ranging from approximately 461 to 701 m². Each residence is arranged across a main floor, upper floor, lower entertainment level and rooftop solarium. Parking is provided through a private carport or garage, depending on the typology.

Large glazed doors connect the living areas with covered and open terraces, landscaped gardens and a private saltwater infinity pool. Selected properties enjoy open views towards the surrounding mountains and the Mediterranean.

The private facilities vary according to the villa and may include an entertainment room, home cinema and gym. Residents also have access to a communal wellness building with a gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, cold room and changing facilities. Concierge service and controlled access support the day-to-day management of the community.

The specification includes Bulthaup kitchens with Gaggenau appliances, ducted Daikin air conditioning, aerothermal underfloor heating, photovoltaic panels and an integrated smart home system controlling lighting, climate and access.

Construction is underway, with completion currently scheduled for the first quarter of 2028.
