The houses have two floors, with the living room, dining area and kitchen on the ground floor and direct access to a covered terrace. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, with two full bathrooms and a guest toilet across the home. Homes in block 1 have a private garden, and the corner homes and those in block 5 also have an individual swimming pool. Each home includes one parking space.
Inside, the homes combine a reinforced concrete structure, thermally broken aluminium windows with double glazing, an armoured entrance door and fitted wardrobes. Floors are porcelain tile and the kitchen is delivered furnished, with a Silestone or similar worktop and appliances. Climate control is by air conditioning with a heat pump and air renewal.
The development has an infinity pool, a club house with spa and an equipped gym for residents. Sotogrande is nearby and the Real Club Valderrama is about 10 minutes away. Gibraltar airport is about 15 minutes away.
Delivery is scheduled for October 2027.
