Mijas Costa
The development is built in two separate blocks. The upper floors hold flats with terraces closed by glass railings, some looking out to the sea, and the ground floors open onto big private gardens. Behind the perimeter fence there are planted areas with native trees and shrubs on a water-saving irrigation system, outdoor pools lit at night and a chill-out corner. Each home is sold with a parking space and a storage room, and the car park is prepared for electric vehicle charging. Shared solar panels cover part of the building's power use.
The flats are finished with porcelain stoneware floors, built-in wardrobes, a reinforced front door and double-glazed windows in thermally broken frames. Kitchens come fitted with oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge and dishwasher. A heat pump produces the hot water, and ducted heating and cooling serves the rooms.
Completion of Célere Sunrise is scheduled for the third quarter of 2027.

Mijas Costa
Mijas stretches from a whitewashed hilltop village at 430 metres above sea level down to a busy coastal strip that runs for twelve kilometres along the Mediterranean. It is two places in one. Up top, Mijas Pueblo is one of Andalucía's best-preserved pueblo blancos, with narrow lanes, a bullring carved into the rock, and views that reach Africa on a clear day.
