DUNIQUE MARBELLA is a residential development of 96 properties occupying one of the limited remaining beachfront sites in Marbella. Located beside the protected dunes of Las Chapas, the project combines direct access to the beach with private residential facilities designed for year-round use.

The development comprises 64 apartments with two, three and four bedrooms and 32 semi-detached villas with three and four bedrooms. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. The developer currently announces the final available property from the original collection of 96 homes.

This is an extensive beachfront development with a particularly complete range of shared facilities. Buyers should consider the scale and future running costs of the communal areas alongside the privacy, direct beach access and services provided.

Newly built beachfront properties remain particularly limited in Marbella. DUNIQUE MARBELLA’s position beside a protected dune reserve gives the development a setting that is difficult to replicate elsewhere along the coast.
