EAGLE HILLS is a development of 111 apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, set inside Estepona Golf in Estepona, on the western Costa del Sol. The concept is a residential community fully integrated into the golf course, where nature, tranquillity and lifestyle come together around the green.

The architecture is contemporary with Mediterranean inspiration. The buildings sit within the course itself, so open views over the green are the permanent backdrop of every home, and generous terraces connect the interior with the surrounding landscape and the natural light that defines this part of the coast.

The official payment structure is: 12,000 EUR + VAT (13,200 EUR) on reservation; 20% + VAT of the selling price on signing the private purchase contract, less the reservation, on obtaining the construction licence; 10% + VAT six months after the private contract; 10% + VAT twelve months after the private contract; and the remaining 60% + VAT on completion, at title deed and key handover.
