The development comprises 43 homes distributed across six low-rise buildings of three and four storeys. Its architecture is defined by white façades, clean lines and curved forms, with large glazed openings bringing natural light into the interiors and connecting the living spaces with the terraces.
Outdoor space is an important part of the project. Ground-floor homes have private gardens and the possibility of adding a private pool, while the penthouses feature large terraces and private solariums. Every residence includes an underground parking space and storage room.
The communal areas combine landscaped gardens with separate saltwater swimming pools for adults and children, outdoor exercise and yoga areas, a gym, changing rooms and a coworking and social space. The specification also includes aerothermal technology for hot water and climate control, water-based underfloor heating in the main rooms, electric underfloor heating in bathrooms and photovoltaic panels.
The gated community incorporates video entry, perimeter surveillance cameras and vehicle number plate recognition. Marbella is approximately 20 minutes away, while Málaga and Gibraltar international airports can be reached in around 50 and 43 minutes respectively.
