The plots range from approximately 1,477 m² to 2,820 m², with permitted buildable areas between approximately 443 m² and 823 m². Their different positions within the resort provide a variety of settings and combinations of views towards the Mediterranean, golf course, lake and surrounding landscape, as well as different levels of elevation and privacy.
The concept allows owners to develop a bespoke villa adapted to the individual site. Construction is subject to Finca Cortesín's architectural and aesthetic regulations, with the project requiring approval from the resort's Aesthetics Committee before applying for the corresponding municipal building licence.
Finca Cortesín extends across approximately 215 hectares in Casares, between Marbella and Sotogrande. The resort includes a championship golf course, spa and wellness facilities, restaurants and a beach club, together with 24-hour security, concierge services and management of its communal areas.
Two purchase structures are available: direct completion within 45 days of reservation, or a standard payment plan with 30% payable at the Private Purchase Contract and the remaining 70% at completion before the Notary. A €100,000 + 21% VAT reservation applies in both cases.

Casares and Manilva sit at the quiet western edge of the Costa del Sol, where Málaga province meets Cádiz.
