Payment Terms

Two purchase options are available. Buyers may reserve a plot with a €10,000 deposit plus VAT and complete the remaining balance upon signing the Title Deed, or choose a staged payment structure consisting of a €10,000 reservation, 20% plus VAT upon signing the Private Purchase Contract and the remaining 80% plus VAT at completion before a Notary.
