Communal areas feature an outdoor infinity-edge pool with night lighting, a gourmet room, gym, chill-out area, zen zone, reading area and a cardioprotected area, plus a security gatehouse, CCTV, video intercom and perimeter fencing. Valle Romano and Real Club de Golf Guadalmina golf courses are a short distance away, and the A-7 and AP-7 connect with Marbella, Malaga and Gibraltar.
