Designed by Pedro Peña Design, the architecture follows a Mediterranean approach, with just 20 residences arranged across a low-density community. Selected penthouses also benefit from direct lift access from the underground parking level.

Location is one of the project's defining advantages. Estepona combines beaches, golf courses, marinas and outdoor activities with a more relaxed pace of life than many parts of the Costa del Sol. Marbella can be reached in approximately 20 minutes, Sotogrande in 25 minutes, Gibraltar in 30 minutes, Ronda in around 40 minutes and Málaga Airport in approximately 50 minutes.

Construction is estimated to begin during the third quarter of 2026, with completion scheduled for the third quarter of 2028. Building and first occupation licences are currently pending.

The payment structure begins with a reservation deposit of 1% plus VAT, followed by 29% plus VAT upon signing the private purchase contract, a further 20% plus VAT one year later and the remaining 50% plus VAT upon completion and handover. Amounts paid during construction will be protected by a bank guarantee issued by the developer's appointed bank.

Some developments impress on the first visit. Nacaré is the kind of place people tend to appreciate more the longer they spend there.

Estepona is one of the fastest-changing towns on the Costa del Sol. Once a quiet fishing village, it has reinvented itself as a vibrant coastal destination without losing its Andalusian soul. The municipality covers a remarkably diverse territory. From beachfront urbanisations such as Bahía Dorada and El Velerín to hillside country estates in La Gaspara and the Río Padrón valley, buyers can choose between lock-and-leave apartments, contemporary villas on golf courses and traditional fincas surrounded by cork oaks.
