Navigolf Suites II

NAVIGOLF SUITES II introduces the second phase of an established residential community beside La Noria Golf, adding 32 new homes to a setting where the first phase and its communal areas are already in use.

The new phase comprises 1 and 2-bedroom apartments and duplex penthouses distributed between Blocks 6 and 7. The homes have been designed with contemporary, functional interiors and a strong connection to their outdoor spaces, with terraces forming an important part of the layouts. Each property also includes parking and a storage room.

One of the advantages of this second phase is access to an already established residential environment. The communal areas include landscaped spaces, an oasis pool, infinity pool and children's pool, together with a playground and outdoor training equipment. The community is gated, providing a more private setting for residents.

Construction began in the fourth quarter of 2025, with completion currently estimated for the fourth quarter of 2027.
