Two villas are available. Villa Sky (1,052 m2 built on a 1,191 m2 plot) is the elevated villa, with panoramic sea views, expansive terraces and a strong rooftop presence. Villa Moon (1,216 m2 built on a 1,198 m2 plot) is the largest of the collection and adds a gym and a freestanding jacuzzi in the garden. Both have five bedrooms over three floors, a basement level with garage, cinema room and wine cellar, a lift, south orientation and an infinity pool with salt electrolysis and automatic cover.
Climate and comfort come from aerothermal heating with underfloor heating throughout (electric in the bathrooms), air conditioning and home automation for climate, lighting and blinds. The kitchens are fully fitted, the solariums are prepared for an outdoor kitchen and jacuzzi, and the villas come with preinstallation for photovoltaic panels and electric-car charging.
Lomas del Virrey sits on the Golden Mile, between Marbella and Puerto Banús. The beach and the Puente Romano and Marbella Club hotels are a short walk away, Puerto Banús is a few minutes by car and Málaga airport around forty-five.
