The residential collection comprises 66 apartments with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms together with five villas. Different layouts respond to different ways of using a home by the coast, including ground-floor apartments with gardens, upper-floor properties with generous terraces and penthouses with large terraces and solariums. The villas provide larger private outdoor areas, gardens and their own swimming pools.
Landscaping is an important part of the overall design. Residents have around 5,000 m² of private gardens, while a further 13,500 m² of public green space separates the residential buildings from the seafront. This creates a considerable open area in front of the homes and helps preserve views towards the Mediterranean.
The communal facilities extend beyond the swimming pools and gardens, with a sea-view gym, coworking space, spa with sauna and hammam, multipurpose room, children's play area, yoga and meditation areas and spaces dedicated to relaxation. The gated development also incorporates controlled access and video surveillance.
Despite the relatively peaceful coastal setting, Nubay remains well connected to the main destinations of the western Costa del Sol. Estepona and Sotogrande are both about 15 minutes' drive, Gibraltar Airport roughly half an hour and Marbella some 35 minutes.
The payment structure begins with an €11,000 reservation deposit, followed by 20% plus VAT upon signing the Private Purchase Contract, a further 10% plus VAT nine months later, and the remaining 70% plus VAT upon completion and handover.
