PURESUN2 RESIDENCES is a gated development of 100 two and three-bedroom apartments, ground-floor homes and penthouses set in an elevated residential area of Manilva.

The homes are distributed across three buildings and designed around natural light, open-plan living and generous terraces. Ground-floor properties include private outdoor areas, while the penthouses offer larger terraces and solariums. Many homes enjoy open views towards the Mediterranean.

The official project website currently reports construction progress of 85%, although it does not publish a precise delivery date. Current commercial information indicates completion during the first quarter of 2027. The payment structure remains subject to confirmation.

PURESUN2 RESIDENCES offers more communal facilities than many developments in its price range, together with generous terraces and sea views. Its elevated position provides a quieter setting, although a car will be useful for the beach, shopping and daily services.
