Payment terms require a €10,000 reservation plus 10% VAT. A further payment of 30% of the purchase price plus 10% VAT is due upon signing the private purchase agreement, less the reservation amount already paid. The remaining 70% plus 10% VAT is payable upon signing the title deed.
