Spinto Hills

Spinto Hills is a low-density collection of 17 detached villas in Casares, positioned next to Finca Cortesin and designed around privacy, outdoor living and views towards the Mediterranean. Each villa offers approximately 375 m² distributed across three levels connected by a private lift, with four bedrooms and a layout that gives each floor a distinct purpose.

The ground floor is centred around a 57.5 m² open-plan living and dining area with an integrated kitchen and floor-to-ceiling glazing that opens directly onto the covered terrace and landscaped garden. Each villa has its own 24 m² saltwater swimming pool, while this level also accommodates a guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom, guest toilet, laundry area and storage.

Three further bedrooms occupy the first floor. The principal suite opens onto a private terrace and incorporates its bathroom into the bedroom design, including a freestanding bathtub, while the remaining bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Above, a 77.9 m² rooftop solarium creates a separate outdoor living area with jacuzzi, barbecue space and panoramic views towards the sea and golf course. The technical specification is an important part of the project. The villas use the SISMO industrialised construction system to improve thermal and acoustic insulation and reduce thermal bridges. Aerothermal technology supports underfloor heating and air conditioning, complemented by mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. Home automation integrates lighting, motorised bedroom blinds, climate control, smart access and security functions, while the specification also includes large-format porcelain flooring and integrated Siemens kitchen appliances.

The setting provides a quieter alternative to the more densely developed parts of the coast without leaving everyday destinations far away. Finca Cortesin Golf Club is approximately two minutes away, Playa de la Sal five minutes, Estepona ten minutes and Puerto Banús around 25 minutes by car. Gibraltar Airport is approximately 45 minutes away and Málaga International Airport around one hour.

Delivery is scheduled for 18 months after the signing of the Private Purchase Contract.

Payment Structure

€10,000 + 10% VAT reservation → 30% of the selling price + 10% VAT on signing the Private Purchase Contract, less the reservation → 70% + 10% VAT on signing the title deed.
