Payment Terms

The payment structure begins with a €6,600 reservation deposit (VAT included), followed by 20% plus VAT upon signing the Private Purchase Contract, less the reservation fee already paid. A further 15% plus VAT is payable six months after signing the contract, with the remaining 65% plus VAT due upon completion and handover at the signing of the Title Deed.
