THE ST. REGIS RESIDENCES is the first standalone St. Regis branded residential development in Spain and one of the very few in Europe. Payment Terms

The payment structure begins with a €20,000 reservation deposit, followed by the signing of the Private Purchase Contract and a 15% deposit within 30 days. Any subsequent stage payments and the final balance upon completion should be confirmed directly with the sales team.
