Benahavis
The development comprises 53 villas with 4, 5 and 6-bedroom configurations, including four distinctive designs named Esmeralda, Zafiro, Painite and Diamante. Positioned at different elevations across the hillside, the villas have been conceived to preserve privacy while opening the interiors and extensive outdoor areas towards the Mediterranean views.
The scale and specification go well beyond a conventional villa. Expansive living areas connect with terraces, landscaped gardens and private swimming pools, while the homes can incorporate passenger lifts, rooftop terraces, home cinemas, wine cellars, spa and wellness areas and multipurpose rooms. Selected Painite villas feature a private car lift, integrating the owner's car directly into the architecture of the home.
The gated community extends this level of service beyond the individual residences, with premium 24-hour security and concierge, an owners' clubhouse, gym, sauna, hammam, jacuzzis and outdoor swimming pool.
