Valley Views

Valley Views is a residential development of 54 apartments and penthouses in the Hipódromo de Mijas area, between La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola. Set in an elevated residential location surrounded by open landscapes, the homes enjoy views towards the Mediterranean and the mountains, with golf courses, beaches and everyday services a short drive away.

The development offers 2 and 3-bedroom homes with southeast to southwest orientations, designed to make the most of natural light throughout the day. Contemporary architecture and large windows create a connection between the living spaces and the terraces, providing practical layouts with room for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The apartments feature open-plan living and dining areas with integrated kitchens, allowing the main living space to extend towards the exterior. The penthouses add private rooftop solariums, providing additional outdoor space and a different perspective of the surrounding landscape. Depending on the property, terraces and solariums vary in size and configuration.
