Mijas Costa
The villas are arranged on individual plots, each with its own private garden, swimming pool, terraces and solarium. The architecture makes good use of the hillside setting, with large windows and sliding doors bringing natural light into the interiors and connecting the main living areas directly with the outdoor spaces.
Inside, the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen form an open and practical living space. Each villa has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes, while the principal bedroom opens onto a private terrace. Specifications include large-format porcelain flooring, underfloor heating throughout the home, independent hot and cold air conditioning and aerothermal hot water.
Private garages and additional parking are incorporated into the homes, while selected villas also include a lift. Plot sizes and layouts vary across the development, giving each property a slightly different relationship with the views and surrounding landscape.
The setting offers more privacy and open space than properties closer to the coast, while Mijas Pueblo, beaches, golf courses and everyday services remain within easy driving distance. Málaga Airport and the main connections along the Costa del Sol are also readily accessible.
Construction is underway, with completion scheduled for Q1 2027.

Mijas Costa
